Adolescent Learning and Treatment Opportunities

The Adolescent Learning and Treatment Opportunities [ALTO] program provides outpatient services for adolescents, male and female, including pregnant females, ages 13 - 17, who are abusing substances. Services are provided by Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors and are designed to ensure each individual and family unit develops the tools and skills necessary to maintain a chemical-free lifestyle.

    Financial screenings are conducted prior to admission to a Managed Care Center, Inc. treatment program. The results of the financial screening are reviewed with the individual responsible for payment. The amount of the fee is individually determined by a person’s ability to pay and is based on information gathered during the financial screening. Funding provided by the Texas Department of State Health Services is available for individuals who qualify. We also accept insurance, CHIP, Medicaid and Medicare. Payment arrangements are available for those who don’t qualify for funding assistance and are determined to be private pay.
